JOE,

I'D LIKE TO THANK THE AIR BAG CENTER FOR THE PROFESSIONALISM SHOWN DURING THE LAST COUPLE OF WEEKS.  I HAD AN AIR BAG LIGHT "ON" IN MY VEHICLE AND THE TOYOTA DEALER WANTED $112.00 TO SCAN THE VEHICLE AND AN ADDITIONAL $485.00 FOR A NEW MODULE, IF REQUIRED, PLUS LABOR.  I REMOVED THE MODULE AND SENT THE MODULE TO THE CENTER FOR CODE CLEARING.  THE MODULE WAS RETURNED TO ME ON 2/03/2011.  HOWEVER, THE MODULE WAS BAD AND THE CENTER SENT A REPLACEMENT MODULE ON 2/10/2011.  I INSTALLED THE MODULE, EVERYTHING WORKED OK AND I RETURNED THE INOPERATIVE MODULE FOR CREDIT.  I'D LIKE TO EXPRESS MY SINCERE APPRECIATION TO ANNA THE RECEPTIONIST, AND TO THE TECHS ALFIE AND JOE FOR THEIR PATIENCE AND PROMPT SERVICE DURING MY BRIEF ASSOCIATION WITH THE AIR BAG CENTER.  MY THANKS TO EVERYONE CONCERNED.

Air Bag Center,

 

After unsuccessfully attempting to have the SRS module in my daughter’s Saturn L200 reset, purchasing two other modules the airbag light was still on.  I consulted with the local airbag expert and he told me that the only way to have the system functioning properly and the light out was to buy a new module for $500 and pay him $125 to program it.  I called Air Bag Center and talked to Alfie who told me what I had heard previously was not true and guaranteed me that the module he would sell me would fix my problem.  He was right my light is now out and I’m a very satisfied customer!
